Rocha Pear Dessert

– 3 Rocha pears
– 20g Cinnamon crumble
– 200g Sugar
– 1 Cinnamon stick
– Lemon peel (to taste)
– 200ml Fresh cream
– 50ml Condensed milk
Step 1

In a saucepan, place 2/3 of the pears, peeled, cored, and diced. Add the sugar, lemon peel, and cinnamon stick. Cook on low heat until the pears break down into a purée. Once ready, add the remaining pear cubes, turn off the heat, and refrigerate.

Step 2

Using a mixer, beat the fresh cream with the condensed milk until it reaches a light and creamy texture.

Step 3
