Brioche Toast with Prosciutto and Rocha Pear
– 2 slices of brioche bread
– 1 tomato
– 2 slices of prosciutto
– 2 Rocha pears from the Oeste region
– Rocha pear pickles, to taste
– Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
Step 1
Toast the brioche bread slices after drizzling them with a bit of olive oil
Step 2
Grate the tomato and season it with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Step 3
Peel, core, and place the pears in a bowl covered with cling film; microwave for 5 minutes or until fully cooked. Puree the cooked pears until smooth
Step 4
Spread the grated tomato over the toasted bread slices, place a slice of prosciutto on top, add small dollops of pear puree, and finish with Rocha pear pickles to taste.
