Food Quality and Transparency

Coupled with a rich tradition of production, Granfer embraces as its guiding principle and unwavering commitment the production and distribution of food with utmost safety and transparency, setting itself apart through its unparalleled quality. The fulfillment of this pledge is independently and impartially verified by accredited bodies through certifications aligned with industry standards.



This agricultural production certification is a global benchmark for good agricultural practices, aiming primarily to achieve safe and sustainable farming. It covers various aspects including food safety, the environmental impact of agricultural activities, worker welfare, responsible water usage, and efficient energy usage. These align with some of the goals established in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.



GRASP is a voluntary supplement to the GLOBALG.A.P. certification, designed to assess social practices within the production unit, focusing on specific aspects of worker health, safety, and well-being.



The GLOBALG.A.P. Chain of Custody is applicable to companies, such as Granfer, that handle and trade certified products under the GLOBALG.A.P. standard. Its objective is to ensure the segregation and traceability of GLOBALG.A.P. certified products throughout the supply chain.



O referencial BRCGS é reconhecido pela Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), e visa harmonizar as normas internacionais de segurança alimentar reconhecido pelos maiores retalhistas e produtores da área alimentar do mundo.
Esta certificação demonstra o compromisso da Granfer com a segurança do consumidor, através das suas competências termos de HACCP, Higiene, Segurança Alimentar e Sistemas da Qualidade.

IFS Food


Certification at the packaging center level, the IFS Food certification is based on the International Featured Standard and applies to packaging companies, with a primary focus on the food safety of products and processes. This certification also demonstrates Granfer's commitment to the end consumer of each product handled in our facility.
