Ingredients:

• 1 lemon
• 2 apples run away
• 1 Rocha Pear
• 4 basil leaves
• 1 sweet onion
• 2 avocados
• Q.B Pepper
• Salt Q.B.

Production:
Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl, add the finely chopped basil leaves.
Peel the apples and cut into small pieces, add to the bowl and stir well. Carry out the same procedure for the Rocha pear.
Peel and cut the onion into small pieces, mix with the apple and pear.
Remove the pulp from the avocados, crush with a fork and add to the mixture.
Stir very well to ensure that all ingredients are well mixed.
Season with salt and pepper.
