Rocha Pear, Tomato and Burrata Salad
– 2 Rocha Pears
– 1 Tomato
– 50g Cherry Tomatoes
– 2 Burrata
– Q.B. Basil Leaves
– 30ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 10ml Rocha Pear Vinegar
– 1 tsp Honey
– Thin bread toasts
– Q.B. Salt
– Q.B. Pepper
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes and cherry tomatoes into uniform sizes
Step 2
Slice the pears and remove the cores
Step 3
In a jar, place the olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to taste, close the lid and shake vigorously to form a vinaigrette
Step 4
Grill half of the pear slices and set aside
Step 5
In a bowl, place the previously cut tomatoes, fresh and grilled pears, and season with the vinaigrette
Step 6
On a plate, place the fresh burrata in the center, arrange the seasoned salad around it, finish with basil leaves, and place the bread toasts on top
